服務對象<\/font><\/h2>\n
「門診住院」服務專為以下族群提供貼心協助：<\/font><\/p>\n

．行動不便者<\/strong>：長者、身體障礙者或術後需臥床休養，但仍需定期門診。<\/font><\/p>\n

．<\/strong>術後康復期<\/strong>：剛完成手術或治療，需要多人推送、床邊轉移協助者。<\/font><\/p>\n

．<\/strong>暫時性無法自行就醫者<\/strong>：因病痛、受傷、暈眩或身體虛弱，短期內無法自行步行。<\/font><\/p>\n

​．<\/strong>陪診需求者<\/strong>：家中無法全程陪同，需醫護人員協助者。<\/font><\/div>\n

服務內容<\/font><\/h2>\n
專人護送<\/font><\/strong><\/p>\n

．<\/font><\/strong>配置護理人員或救護技術員隨行全程陪同，協助上下車、輪椅推送、床邊移位。<\/font><\/p>\n

．<\/font><\/strong>可在門診大廳或病房外等候，依患者需求提供服務，如監測生命徵象、協助排隊掛號等。<\/font><\/p>\n

車內醫護配備<\/font><\/strong><\/p>\n

．<\/font><\/strong>車內備有基本急救設備：氧氣瓶、急救包、血壓計、血糖機等。<\/font><\/p>\n

．<\/font><\/strong>可於車上進行護理：氧氣給予、觀察血壓、心跳等。<\/font><\/p>\n

住院協助<\/font><\/strong><\/p>\n

．<\/font><\/strong>若需住院，我們將協助護送至病房床邊，並將患者狀況交接予病房護理站。<\/font><\/p>\n

​．<\/font><\/strong>協助向醫院辦理相關手續，住院物品搬運等。<\/font><\/div>\n

車輛設備<\/font><\/h2>\n
．<\/strong>配有搬運椅，無須擔心行動不便無法上下樓梯。<\/font><\/p>\n

．<\/strong>折疊式擔架，若住家有電梯可以避免反覆搬動減輕不適。<\/font><\/p>\n

​．<\/strong>配有長背板、鏟式擔架、搬運毯、軀幹固定器，保護脊椎損傷患者免於二次傷害及減輕疼痛。<\/font><\/div>\n

．<\/strong>客服人員會與您確認患者行動能力狀況（可步行\/需輪椅\/需擔架）<\/font>​<\/span>
．<\/strong>我們將先行電話初步評估後，替您安排預約，亦可立即派遣，但建議提前預約以免遭其他緊急勤務影響到您的時間安排。<\/font><\/p>\n

​抵達醫院轉交<\/font><\/font><\/strong>
​．<\/strong>協助直上病房更換病床或於門診處更換輪椅。<\/font><\/div>\n
